Fairview lodge have taken in so many animals in recent time and Minton are building a new infirmary, SA dog rescue always needs funds to improve their enclosures as do Willow wood Sanctuary, and I dare say every privately run animal rescue. Native Animal Network has joeys from the fires, and many of their members and rescuers were wiped out by the Adelaide hills fires, so support of every kind is needed, not to mention keeping up feed for the natives that have lost natural feed until the rains come.Money raised for the many groups who will be attending, is not for new vehicles, office buildings, uniforms or TV advertising, it is not to cover the costs of fund raising, it is for the very basic essentials, like food, housing, vet bills, and the daily running costs that a single wage or pension cannot cover. If 1000 people attend, and donate only $10 each, that will be huge, if 2000 donated $20 each, a god send, if you do not have the spare money, but have an interesting item you no longer use, let us auction it to raise money, or simply come along on the day and say thank you, to those who have dedicated their lives to the voiceless.THE DETAILSTo raise awareness for all those community run animal shelters, Sanctuary’s and rescue organisations on the front line of animals rescue and rehabilitation.  It will be a day of special events, to showcase the great work of compassionate animal carers in this state, to raise awareness and funding for the much needed growth in the industry. The event is open to all animal lovers, to show off their rescue babies, thank the rescuers and foster carers that fend for for them. There will be speeches, games and competitions on the day for both humans and their owners. Most of Adelaide’s no kill shelters, sanctuary’s and rescue groups will have displays on the day, with galleries showcasing what they do, the animals they work with and those that are up for adoption."Those on the front line of animal rescues and re-homing ought never be forgotten" In Adelaide like most states of Australia these smaller organisations and foster carers re-home more animals than the big names in the Industry, with by far the best results for the animals they handle."Animal welfare is much bigger than one charity" The idea of the event goes beyond showcasing the very best in animal rescue and rehabilitation services, to the important networking required to improve those services, funding and de-sexing initiatives, with a discussion on emergency disaster coordination. Genuine compassion and empathy in animal welfare is best achieved with education, support services and a nationally united approach, rather than putting all our eggs in the RSPCA basket. There is no longer room in animal welfare for division or self interest! Those attending are asked to ensure they bring all their loved ones, including their furbabies, picnic baskets and settle in for a relaxed day in dedication of the animals, with a variety of entertainment, animal related products, services and children’s activities. For trade bookings and registrations, please contact Dave Cook on 0409929070  or for Media feedback and interviews; Mark Aldridge on 0403379500  Voices of the animals, awareness rally, Voices of the Animal s annual event 2015, Animal welfare South Australia, ACAR, Australian combined animal rescue, Funding animal rescue, Native animal rescue, promoting No Kill ethics, Saving Pets, Saving Animals, United animal rescue, The perfect Pet, Subsidized animal desexing, Raising awareness in Animal Welfare,  voices of the animals 2015, Animal rescue, No Kill shelters SA, Emergency animal rescue SA, Rymil Park rally, million paws walk 2015, million paws walk 2015 SA, animal welfare rallies, Mark Aldridge, Changing direction, Voting for animal welfare, Live export,  Moorook animal shelter, RSPCA SA donations, RSPCA SA, RSPCA SA million paws walk, RSPCA Million paws, Adelaide's million paws walk, Million paws walk SA, Raising money for animal welfare, Adelaide RSPCA event, Events in May SA, South Australian events 2015, SA events May 2015, Million Paws, RSPCA shelters, Where is the million paws walk, Address RSPCA million paws,Paws walk, saving animals, Paws walk, Paws, millions, RSPCA SA Paws walk, Raising money SA, RSPCA Million Paws walk in South Australia, Voice of the animal, being the voice of the animals, saving all animals, RSPCA south Australia, donating to animal welfare, donating to shelters, Royal society for the protection of animals SA million paws, Walk for the animals, Location Million paws walk SA, Supporting animal shelters, Animal voices, RSPCA officers, Grey hound rescue, grayhound racing, Greyhound racing, cat rescue, dog shelters, Moorook shelter, Lost dogs of Adelaide, RSPCA NSW, RSPCA WA, Australian million paws walk,                   Home | FARM DIRECT MARKETS SA | DODGY ELECTIONS THE TRUTH | SAVING OUR FOOD INDUSTRY 2013 | VOTING 4 ANIMAL WELFARE | VOTE NO TO AUST WITH OUT FARMS | THE RSPCA EXPOSED | DAFWA undermine justice | WHY VOTE FOR AN INDEPENDENT | ABOUT MARK | STANDING UP FOR LOCAL BUSINESS | BILL OF RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA | AUSTRALIAN CONSTITUTION | MARK BRIEF IDEALS OVERVIEW | THE DEMISE OF AUSSIE RIGHTS | CARBON TAX WHOLE STORY UPDATE | DEMAND SUPPORT FOR DAIRY FARMS | SA ELECTION FACTS FOR 2010/14 | FLUORIDE THE SIMPLE TRUTH | HEMP / CANNABIS EXPOSED" | WATER PROOFING South Australia | WHERE DOES OUR TAX MONEY GO? | MY POLITICAL HISTORY 1999/2012 | CONTACT ME | DIGNITY FOR THE DISABLED | The Muddied Water Debate | 2013 REWRITE OF ELECTORAL LAW | MY RALLY FOR THE CHILDREN | 24 POLICE STATION IN SALISBURY | WORKCOVER....NO THANKYOU | 2013 REFERENDUM ON COUNCILS | REFERENDUM 2013 VOTE NO DEBATE | On line Gambling | On line security | Aboriginal Soverignty in SA | Regional Aust missing out! | The water story part 2 | DODGY ELECTORAL LAWS | GETUP THE FULL EXPOSE 2011 | Nuclear Power & the future | COUNTRY PEOPLE DESERVE MORE | Family Law reform please | 11/5 election dispute update | SMALL BUSINESS DESERVE MORE | Federal Tax reform figures | Electoral commission affidavit | BILL OF RIGHTS V COMMON LAW | MULTICULTURALISM OR NOT? | Climate Debate the Way Forward | ROAD SAFETY FOR SA | The Carbon Tax explained | AUSTRALIAS DEBT "TOO FAR?" | ROAD SAFETY AND TRAFFIC LAWS | How Labor won Ramsay | RESTORE REGO LABELS? | LABOR ABANDONS INNOVATION | AUSTRALIA...
