The Demise of the Australian way of life!

In my 16 years in the political arena, there is one thing for certain; our country’s future at the hands of the two-party system is coming to an end, simply because the only people our supposed representatives fear, are their corporate sponsors, rather than we the people.

Farewell the Australia we have all come to love. All we have as citizens is infrastructure, land, water and our rights and liberties, and those in power are taking them all away one by one. Every day, every month, bit by bit, they erode out rights, and increase their power over every aspect of our lives.

They have already taken your access to affordable justice, the presumption of innocence, the right to remain silent, your parenting rights, your property rights, even your right to freedom of association, and every time you remain silent about the theft of your children's rights and liberties, the more powerful they feel, and the more liberties they feel free to take away.

Farms are being sold to ensure food security for overseas nations, as are our precious water supplies. Our resources are being sold at bargain prices, unprocessed. Our jobs and manufacturing are all heading offshore, and the big duopoly of Coles and Woolworths are allowed to run roughshod over our primary industries in every case with no checks and balances. The SOCCA (Serious and Organised Crime Control Act) is being sold as “anti biker laws”. It was written to allow the government to decide your destiny/guilt, by way of denying your right to a fair trial and any access to the evidence being used against you, which in most cases would only be heresay; they even want to issue jail terms for simple association.

"Update: Latest amendments to SOCCA include jail terms for not answering questions. What answers do they want? And will coerced evidence be used in secret against others?"

Recent legislation allows other people to take your children and trial drugs of dependence and electro shock therapy on them, without your consent or knowledge.

The Electoral Act is now two-party preferred, i.e. preferred by the two parties that write the laws, not only taking your right to a free and informed vote away from you, but even going as far as ensuring the entire results of a general election still stand even if it can be proven the election was corrupt or dodgy. Lies, deceit, false promise, fake or dodgy how-to-vote cards and the like are now commonplace in elections.

Elections are now being upheld where tens of thousands of votes go missing, they just don't tell you what is happening, and if anyone else tries to let the cat out of the bag, their media paints the whistle blowers as "conspiracy theorists"

Elections in South Australia(SA) are now coming to a stage where up to 30% of the vote can go missing, and the results still stand, so the party that is the most corrupt takes power, regardless of the peoples voting intentions.

The common law rights of elections were even challenged recently by the crown solicitors on behalf of the electoral commission, to ensure outcomes were upheld, regardless of the conduct of the election. In other words, the government solicitors argued we have no voting rights at all. (Issue exposed on this site.)

FSANZ allows fluoride (poison) to be now added to all drinking water including now in bottled water and soft drinks, even though world studies undermine the quantity's being used in Australia, while most nations have and are continuing to stop this practice, Australia increases the fluoridation programs.

NRM (Natural Resources Management Act) demands the metering of dams holding collected rain water, soon I am sure, to include rainwater tanks. It also allows the NRM to enter any land, occupy any land, enter any place or vehicle and ask any questions, failure to answer a question for instance attracting a fine between $5000 and $25000. They can enter and demolish any privately-owned infrastructure, and the new meters you MUST install are at your expense.

The Summary Offences (Tattooing, Body Piercing and Body Modification) Amendment Bill, has been amended to ensure any tattoos are now preformed under a contract with the artist, where all your personal details must be given and photos taken, then the police can enter any premises and record and or copy all such details.

While we all suffer a lack of adequate water supplies, the State Government amended the laws to allow their corporate friends to take any amount of water from any resource they like, at no cost and without any repercussions, at the same time closing all the websites which were clear this was a dangerous move. We the people pay increased costs and are limited in how we use even what we pay for.

Constitution Alteration (Local Government)1988 referendum proposed to alter the constitution so as to recognize local government. The proposal was put to a referendum in the 1988 referendum and the people voted NO, as they also did in the 1970s. Yet go look at the many bills from your local council, let alone abide by their ever increasing list of rules, fines and regulations and ask why?

We voted NO to "The continuance and existence of Local government" twice as a nation!

Councils can even set up steep traps for the Police, set a lower limit, leave of the signs, and reap the rewards, you can take the invalid fine to court, and you can win, but again you pay the costs even if you prove your innocence.

Police can now pull you over and take your details and photograph you; they can use speed cameras that do not meet our national standards act; they can ignore your legal protections; in fact if they bugger up in any way and it is the victim that pays the price, in the same way most government bodies remain immune to accountability. If they issue a dodgy fine or defect, even if proven, we pay.

Police now carry "General warrants" so they no longer need the courts permission to enter and trash your home.

If you take them to task in the courts and win, they walk away with a smile, and you have to cover all the costs, you cannot win, and they cannot lose.

Police can now finger print you, take blood samples and collate DNA profiles, even if you have never been found guilty of an offence.

"Recently I proved in court a range of speed cameras did not even meet their dodgy legislation but the fine still stands".

Latest legislation assumes SAPOL can confiscate your vehicle – dodgy legislation to say the very least. They may be able to impound your vehicle or clamp your vehicle under certain circumstances. But the Constitution does not allow the forfeiture of a person’s personal property, something I am sure will one day be argued in the High Court, and trust me, it will fail, so stand up and demand your rights and your personal property.

Those who are in a position to expose the truth, government employees and electoral officers, are under contract not to speak up – a signed contract which stops them telling the truth. In fact the government spends a fortune both hiding the truth and employing many to spin (bullshit).

'In SA alone over recent years over 1000 staff have been employed by Labor to ensure they control what we are told'.

The HREOA (Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Act) is not enforceable in our courts, just as the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights holds no value to our citizens. In fact we have no enforceable rights in Australia, all we have are our common law rights, which as we can easily see from above, are being attacked, ignored and taken from us!

"Even our Prime minister refused to take the Oath under the schedule of the Constitution, which is required of any representative to take office, out of sheer contempt for our constitutional protections, a clear indication they believe they are above the law, not elected to protect it."

Australia is one of the only countries in the world that allows our land, infrastructure, farms and water to be sold into foreign ownership, our banking system to dictate monetary policy, and the Untied Nations to dictate internal policy. Who exactly voted for that?

The minority religious ideologies now dictate what we eat, how our food is slaughtered, and how we celebrate. Big business dictates that we the working class pay all the taxes, while they can avoid paying any at all. Big oil ensures renewable energy remains on the back burner, and the well funded do-gooders back everything you have just read.

We now have hundreds of new taxes, levies, fines, and duties, and that number increases every year, even the lifeblood of our planet carbon dioxide is now taxed, by those who promised not to, and they are labelled “the Honourable” for such deceit. While they tax the air that we breath (out), they shut down all the hard fought environmental protections we used to enjoy.

The new Basic's card being introduced across the country, takes your money and tells how and where you can spend it. It will be rolled out all over the country, and eventually ensure we becomes a cashless society, where they can control and monitor everything, going as far as telling you what you can buy and who from.

Latest government legislative ideals as of the beginning of 2013, include banning the word mate and in fact a variety of ways in which we interact, demanding access to bug our computers, the sale of even more of our food bowl to foreign interests and increased attacks on our democratic system, so the longer we turn a blind eye, the further of track we will become as a society.

In a Democracy it is said the people rule. Well, aren’t we doing a shitty bloody job! Our forefathers must be turning in their graves, and the only ones to blame are we the people, as we let it all happen. It is we the people who continue to reward total incompetence with our precious vote, because many believe voting any other way is wrong, and guess who is telling you this?

When your government brings in numberplate recognition cameras, then take away your registration labels and reminder notices, it’s for the money they take by way of entrapment, not in your best interests.

If you stand patriotically beside our flag, you are labelled a racist; if you demand change, you are labelled extreme; if you produce an informed article or argument, the media ensures you are kept silent; and if you do it for as long as I have, you are sued, intimidated and attacked from every angle (at least I am learning the law LOL!).

It’s time we the people reminded the government we rule, and the day the masses decide to do that, let’s hope we have something left to fight for, and please give me a call – I will stand shoulder to shoulder with any patriot. I fight so I don’t have to explain to my grandchildren that I stood by and watched, so I can sleep at night, and with the dream that one day we will see true accountability.

There are researched and honest articles on this site regarding all of the above, and I will debate any of our supposed representatives on any issue. But that will never happen, because 99% of our current elected representatives are selected to represent their party, not the people of their electorates, and their respective parties back the corporate world who fund them.
